[updated] Premium plans

In one of our last post we described our plans for premium services. Today we want to give you a short update about theses plans.

Because we believe in the OpenSource idea and free software, we have decided against the introduction of premium addons.
Nevertheless we need a source of income to ensure the further development of the Experience Platform and the Experience Manager. To achieve this, we want to do two things in the near future.

We will offer prioritized support.
Everyone who needs help will always get support from us. However, in some situations it is necessary to get help quickly. For people who do, we will offer prioritized support. Support is provided via a ticket system.

We will do the hosting for you.
Running the Experience Platform is not always easy or not everyone’s cup of tea. Here we will step in and offer different hosting packages. What exactly these packages will look like is currently still being planned.

Web Analytics, the WooCommerce Dashboard or our Metrics Module can help you do this.

Do you have customers who keep looking at products from certain categories. Or customers who spend significantly more than the average You can use all this information to define segments!

Bob decides to target customers who spend a lot with targeted promotions.
