Web Analytics can answer the question which of your pages work well and which don’t. Which pages are interesting for users and which pages are left immediately.
However, web analytics does not help you to optimize your appearance for certain target groups.

Customers are the king

Here the user segmentation helps you. The segmentation of the users into segments helps you to customize the digital experience of your customers individually for segments.

User segments can be, for example, “users who read more articles of a category” or “customers who are interested in products of a category” or “customers who have bought several times in your shop in the last year”.

By grouping users into these groups, you can create specific content for specific audiences.

Bob wants to encourage Big Spender to buy more often.
